CNC Machine ke Axis, Offset ki jankari

Es machine me X aur Z, do axis hote hai. Yeh dono (X, Z) + aur - dono me kam karti hai. X-, X+, Z-, Z+
X Axis me work piece ke Dia ko control kiya jata hai. Aur sath hi Z me part ki Thickness ko control kiya jata hai. Jo yeh fix karta hai ki part ki motai kitni rakhni hai. Iske baad bari aati hai es machine ke offsets ki to es machine me 3 offsets hote hai- Geometry, Work shift, Wear. Wear offset me kisi bhi part ko dala jata hai. Iski kuch limits hoti hai jaise ek bar me .1 mm ya .5 mm par Geometry Offset me esi koi limit nahi hoti hai. 

CNC Machines ka upyog kaha par hota hai?

CNC ka upyog lagbhag har jagah jaha par kisi Solid (ठोस) me kuch khas work karna ho. Jaise- Rod me hole karne Ya usme kuch points banane ke liye kiya jata hai. Yeh machine different layers me dusri layers ko disturb kiye bina work kar sakti hai.

  • Pistol Diy- Ji ha dosto bilkul thik padha hai Aapne es machine ka use Pistol ki Diy banane me bhi kiya jata hai.
  • 3D CNC Carving- Iska use 3D look me Carving ke liye bhi kiya jata hai. Jisse hum aasani se kisi Piece par 3D design bana sakte hai.
